I came across this hand knitted sweater coat weeks ago, hanging outside a vintage shop. Unfortunately I noticed it when I was leaving the shop and they were closing. I kept thinking about it, mostly how the colors were so absolutely perfect. Luckily, when we went to peruse the store yesterday it was still there waiting for me! The lady sold it to me for a mere $15.00 too. She said it is very versatile because of all the colors in it, and I agree. I think it is a piece that will make a plain outfit much more interesting. The green leather handbag was, to my surprise, found at Goodwill. I had begun to lose faith in Goodwill until I found this gem. Is it just me or is Goodwill turning into a haven for Kohl's, Kmart, and Wal-Mart Miley Cyrus line crap? The bag is in perfect condition and I think it is from the 70's or 80's judging by the tag. As for the milk glass dish, I bought it in my favorite little beach town because I thought it would be perfect for holding bracelets or sitting under a tea cup.
